3. በማምረት ሥራ ላይ የተሰማሩ አነስተኛና ጥቃቅን ማህበራት በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ መንግስት የግዥ አፈፃፀም መመሪያ ቁጥር 1073/2017 መሠረት ፈቃዳቸውን ለሌላ ሦስተኛ ወገን ያላስተላለፉ፣ በጥቃቅን ወይም በአነስተኛ ብቻ ተደራጅተው የቆዩ መሆኑን እና ሌሎች መረጃዎችን የሚገልጽ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ |

በማምረት ሥራ ላይ የተሰማሩ አነስተኛና ጥቃቅን ማህበራት በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ መንግስት የግዥ አፈፃፀም መመሪያ ቁጥር 1073/2017 መሠረት በጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ምትክ ማህበራቱን ካደራጃቸው የመንግስት ተቋም የሚሰጥ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ማህበራቱ ሊያቀርቡ ይችላሉ፡፡ በዚህ መልኩ የሚቀርበው የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ዋስትና የተሰጠበትን የገንዘብ መጠን በመጥቀስ ማህበራቱን ባደራጃቸው መ/ቤት የበላይ ኃላፊ የተፈረመ መሆን አለበት፡፡ በተጨማሪም መተማመኛ ቅጽ በዚህ መመሪያ አባሪ 4 መሠረት ሞልተው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ |

- Terms and Conditions:
- ግዥው የወንዶችና የሴቶች ጫማ ግዥ ሲሆን በተጠየቀዉ መግለጫ (SPECIFICATION) መሠረት መቅረብ አለበት።
- እንዲሁም ተጫረቾች የሚወዳደሩበት የወንዶችና የሴቶች ጫማ ዓይነት የንግድ ምልክት/BRAND የመጥቀስ ግዴታ አለባቸው።
- ተጫረቾች ይህ ጨረታ ከወጠበት ቀን ጀምሮ በሚቆጠር በ6 (ስድስት) ተከታታይ ቀናት ዉስጥ ናሙና የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው።
- ከተጠቀሰው ቀናት በኋላ የሚቀርብ ናሙና ተቀባይነት አያገኝም።
- በተጨማሪም ናሙና እስከ ሞያሌ ጉምሩክ ቅርንጫፍ ጽህፈት ቤት በተጠቀሰው ቀናት ዉስጥ አምጥቶ ያላሳያ ድርጅት ወደ ቀጣይ ፋይናንሽያል ግምግማ አያልፍም።
- አሸናፊ የሚሆን ተጫረች እስከ ግዥ ፈጻሚ መስሪያ ቤት ንብረት ክፍል ገቢ እስከሚደረግ ድረስ ያለን ሙሉ ወጪ በራሱ የመሸፈን ግዴታ አለበት(የማጓጓዣ፤የመጫኛ፤የማዉረጃ እና ሌሎች ዕቃውን ከማስረከብ ጋር የተያያዙ የትኛዉንም ወጪዎች በራሱ የመሸፈን ግዴታ አለበት።
- ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማረጭ ካገኘ ግዥን በከፍልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመስረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
