Procurement of:- Smart Meeting Room
1. Ethiopian Electric Power now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of LOT-1 Supply, Install, Test and Commissioning of Screen 138 inch, Screen 86 inch and UPS. LOT-2 Tablet & LOT-3 Router.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopian Electric Power and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM. to 5:00 PM., Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders to the above goods and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,000.00 (one thousand birr only) in the name of the bidder from the Ethiopian Electric Power.
The method of payment shall be in cash or cashier’s check or through telegraphic transfer to EEP Transmission Construction A/C No.1000252665203, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), Arada Georges Branch, starting from 11th April, 2026.
4. Bids must be delivered before the closing date & time to the above mentioned address. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee as mentioned below.
5. Bid proposals shall comprise Original and Copies of separately sealed technical (Qualification) and financial Proposals by clearly mentioned on the tender document should be presented to the above mentioned address on or before 2:00 PM, Local time (Addis Ababa) on 27th April 2026 GC
6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security birr Lot-1. 2,060,674.20 birr, Lot-2. 267,750.00 birr and Lot-3. 16,000.00 birr Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
7. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s or bidder’s representatives who choose to attend on 27th April 2026 at 2:30PM Local time (Addis Ababa).
8. The Ethiopian Electric Power reserves the right to reject any or all bid.
