The Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahdo Church Development and Inter-Church Aid Commission, Refugee and Returnee Affairs Department (EOTC-DICAC/RRAD), invites eligible suppliers to submit bids for the supply of Food Items for the ECD Project in partner with Hilton foundation.

Therefore, the organization invites interested suppliers to submit their proforma invoice and other relevant credentials to the EOTC front of Tourist Hotel (4 Kilo), on or before the 10th day DICAC Office located in of this advertisement.

All documents should be submitted to the EOTC- DICAC Office in Addis Ababa, located at 4 Kilo, 2nd Floor, opposite Tourist Hotel, within 10 days from the date of this advertisement. The bid submission period will close on the 10th day.

1. Bids shall be opened on the 10th day (24/04/2026) of this advertisement at 10:00 AM in the commission’s hall.

2. Delivery date: Within 3 days once notified through an official letter.

3. Price validity: 180 days.

4. Working Days: Monday – Friday Full day service.

5. EOTC-DICAC reserves the right to reject this bid fully or partially.
