CONSTRUCTION BID IN TIGRAY REGION
Population Services International (PSI) is an international non-profit organization based in Washington. D.C., that hamesses the vitality of the private sector to address the health problems of low-income and vulnerable populations in Ethiopia and other countries, PSI Ethiopia works with both the private and public sector in HIV/AIDS prevention and Treatment. Sexual and Reproductive Health Non-Communicable Diseases and Water Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH).
Recent conflicts and droughts in the Tigray region have taken a toll on the livelihoods of millions of people. In response to this crisis, the WASH project has devised initiatives to address the situation and enhance access to drinking water and small-scale irrigation facilities in three districts of the region. These districts are Raya Azebo ,Hintalo and Kilte Awlaelo.
Therefore. PSI/E is planning to accomplish the termination construction of different multi-village water supply and small-scale irrigation schemes. The WASH facility construction works of the project will be implemented in Raya Azebo, Hintalo and Kilte Awlaelo woredas of Tigray region and categorized in LOT as follows:

Based on pre-qualification selection process carried out through PSI Office, we are giving this formal request for quotation/RFQ/ as PSI Ethiopia (Population Service International) to you to invite you to the proposed bid which is focused on different WASH facilities construction.
Therefore, this is to advise you to prepare and submit your quotation in consideration of the current market price.
Accordingly, PSI Ethiopia hereby invites you to participate in-and-respond to this RFP through submission of a cover/motivation letter, a company profile, legal documents and a financial proposal.
Evaluation Process and Method: Applicants and proposals submitted will be evaluated against the criteria listed below (non-exhaustive):
- Bidder’s eligibility
- Bid Responsiveness-proposals completeness.
- Regional relevant experience
- Financial competitiveness presented on BOQ

Bid responses must be submitted both financial and technical bids in hard copy at PSI/Ethiopia office by or before May 05, 2026, 10:00 AM. Late bids shall be rejected.
