- Terms and Conditions: 1.ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ በተቀመጠው ዝርዝር መግለጫ መሠረት እና በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ በተቀመጠው መለኪያ ብዛት 1 /አንድ/ ናሙና ጨረታው ከመክፈቱ አንድ ቀን በፊት እስከ ቀኑ 11፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ጀርመን አደባባይ አካባቢ በሚገኘው የባለስልጣን መ/ቤቱ ዕቃ ግ/ቤት በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ 2. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዳቸው የሚከፈተው የጨረታ መክፈቻ Key share ወይም በሲስተሙ ሲልኩ ብቻ ነው፡፡ 3. ባለስልጣን መስሪያ ቤቱ በጨረታው አማራጭ ካገኛ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
