- Terms and Conditions: ተቋሙ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ዋናውን (ኦሪጅናል) ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ዋናውን (ኦሪጅናል) በአካል ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከውድድር ውጭ ይደረጋል፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ ፡- 1. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የቴክኒክ ግምገማ ውጤት 70% እና በላይ ያገኘ ለፋይናንሻል ግምገማ ያልፋል፤ 2. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የቴክኒክ ግምገማ ውጤት 70% በታች ያገኘ ይወድቃል፡፡ 3. የቴክኒክ 80% እና 20% የፋይናንስ ግምገማ ውጤት ተጨምቆ ከፍተኛ ነጥብ ያገኜ ተጫራች አሸናፊ ይሆናል፡
