TENDER NO. WCGFB-LCB-43/2018 E.C

Waliya Capital Goods Finance Business Share Company (WCGFB) is intended to procure CNC Laser cutting machine, Heavy duty wheel loader and Heavy duty Dump truck. for our lease finance client who are located at Bahir dar, Debark and Mehal meda towns respectively in Amhara region.

All eligible bidders are invited to submit sealed bids through the LOCAL COMPETITIVE BID (LCB).

1) Bidders should present renewed trade license, Tax payer registration certificate and Vat registration certificate when submitting their offer.

2) The bid must be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond in the sum equal to 2% of the bid amount at the bidders’ option (in CPO or Cash).

3) The bidders shall obtain a complete set of bidding documents by paying nonrefundable fee of birr 500.00 from WCGFB, Head office at the 3rd floor of a building of Tsedey Bank Training & Research center, Room No. 311, Bahir dar, kebele 10, or Addis Ababa branch office ( kirkos sub-city,woreda 10, at ORDA /Ameld ethiopia building,3rd Floor and office number 307

4) Bid should be delivered in sealed envelope by any means of Waliya Capital Goods Finance business Head office, Bahir Dar with in 20 consecutive days since issuance of the announcement.

5) Both the financial and technical documents shall be submitted to WCGFB letter with a separate envelope and wax sealed (One original and one copy).

6) Bid closing date shall be on 20th day as of announcement at 8:00 local time and opened on the same day at 8:30 local time in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at Head office of WCGFB. If the bid opening date is Holiday, opening date will be the next working day.

7) The company reserves all right to accept or reject any bid, annual the biding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of contract, it also reserves the right to modify the bid requirement.
