Average Annual Turnover: minimum average annual turnover of USD 2 million/equivalent in ETB calculated as

total declaration to tax authority, within the last three (3) years.

Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);

At least 4 proofs of performance for network security solutions with each similar size projects

Project Manager (Qty. 1)

Advanced professional qualifications with sound project management. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Minimum 6 Years experience in leading project.

 Senior Network Security Engineer (Qty. 2)

At least BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, related qualification with 5+ years’ experience in leading multiple successful completions of network security projects. Expert or professorial level industrial certification highly mandatory.

 Network Engineer (Qty. 2)

At least BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related qualification with experience in designing and deploying Network security solutions. Professorial or associate level industrial certification highly mandatory.

Installation, implementation, and schedule plan should be attached as part of technical document

The bidder must be in service for a minimum of 5 years until now

Bidder has to submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter in accordance with ITB Clause 5.6. Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF), which will be verified directly from the vendor, should be provided

for each solution

Data sheet, Device brand & model should be provided

Technical compliance of the bid document which is responsive

Project completion period (150 days)

The bidder should provide HLD as part of technical document

Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements .

The bidder must include after sales support for 1 year.

Bidder has failed to submit dated Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements

Site Survey report should be submitted as part of technical document

Bidder has to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23; 3 Year for all devices

Project management Plan and methodology document including lists of services under the warranty period for the

proposed solution

Site visit is mandatory
