- ከላይ በተጠቀሰው የዕቃ ዝርዝር መሰረት አሸናፊው ድርጅት የማጓጓዣ ወጪውን ሸፍኖ ወ/ዩ ልዕለ ህክምና ካምፓስ ግዥ ቡድን ቢሮ ቁጥር 41 ድረስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል።
- አሸናፊው ድርጅት ዩኒቨርሲቲው በሚመድበው ባለሙያ የዕቃውን ትክክለኛነት አስመርምሮ ያስረክባል።
- ዩኒቨርሲቲው ካስቀመጠው ስፔስፊኬሽን (መስፈርት) ውጪ መሙላት ተቀባይነት የለውም።
- ተጫራቾች ዋጋ ሲሞሉ ቫቱን ካላሳዩ ቫት እንደጨመሩ ተደርጎ ይወሰዳል።
- ሁሉም ተጫራች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ሲፔኦ በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው።
- ስለጨረታው ማብራሪያ መጠየቅ የሚቻለው በሲስተም ብቻ ነው።
- ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው
