2. Interested bidder’s shall submit the following

a) Certificate of Registration from Ministry on construction on the category GC/BC-5 and above

b) Trade license renewed for 2018 E.C

c) Tax clearance certificate which state that the bidder can participate in any public tender, valid at bid submission date

d) Vat registration Certificate

e) Registration as Suppliers in the list of mandated public body public procurement and property Administration Agency (PPPA) must attach the system list number /or regional authorized letter)

f) The one who capable enough to complete full of the work (100% of the work) by your own capital with out requesting any payment; and which case must be confirmed by your own company letter too..

3. A complete set of bidding Document in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of written Application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ethiopia birr 500.00 (Five hundred birr), from this date of this announcement on the news paper in the name of somalie region Electric Utility Account number 1000162575922)

5. The bidder shall submit sealed original Technical qualification and sealed one copy technical in separate envelopes with two inner envelopes and one outer envelope and duly marking the Inner envelop as TECHNICAL ORGINAL” and ” TECHNICAL COPY”. Submit Sealed Financial original and sealed Financial copy in separate envelopes with two inner envelopes and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as “FINANCIAL ORGINAL and “FINANCIAL COPY”, submit Bid security (CPO) in another envelop separately.

6. Since the bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bid (NCB) procedure with two stage evaluation method, Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, technical first and financial bid of qualified bidders next. The listed criteria’s which needed to fulfill and sealed by all eligible bidders as specified and defined in the bidding document such as the minimum annual construction turnover cash flow general and specific construction experience requirement and Deliverable construction equipment’s ae related to specific ratio.

7. Bid must be delivered to address, time, and date specified above, by accompanying abide security of ETB 50,000.00 (only in the form of CPO or bid bond) to Somalia Region Electrical Utility.

8. Late bids will be rejected.
