The Peak annual turnover calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last 5 years equal or exceed     401,900,000.00 ETB

The bidder must demonstrate access to, or availability of, financial resources such as liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments, to meet the following cash-flow requirement:   150,000,000. ETB in form of the mention financial resource

Nationality in accordance with ITB Clause 4.2.

No conflict of interest as described in ITB Clause 6.

Having been submitted VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.5(b)(ii)), in accordance with ITB Clause 4.5(b)(ii);

Having been submitted valid trade license or business organization registration certificate issued by the country of establishment

Having been submitted valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority

Compliance with conditions of ITB Clause 4.4.

Public body may undertake due diligence if it required on the bidder works experience, Annual turnover, machinery, man power and other necessary cross check

Bidders must provide their team skills matrix and personnel statistics for the period specified in the BDS

Among the staff mentioned, Bidder must demonstrate that it will have the personnel for the key positions who actually will be performing the activities described in the bidding document.

1 Project manager: BSC/MSC in Hydraulic /water resource or irrigation Engineering and related field of study with at least 10/8 years of work experience.

2 Surveyor Dip/BSC in surveying engineering, civil engineering, surveying technology and related with at least 8/6 specific work experience

3 Site Engineering BSC/MSC in Hydraulic /water resource or irrigation Engineering, civil engineering and related field of study with at least 7/5 specific work experience.

4 Office Engineer BSC/MSC in Hydraulic /water resource or irrigation Engineering, civil engineering and related field of study with at least 7/5 years specific work experience.

5 Forman certificate /Diploma in construction technology &related with at least 6/4 years of specific work experience

6 Mason certificate /Diploma in construction technology &related with at least 6/4 years of specific work experience

7 plumber certificate /Diploma in plumbing & related with at least 6/4years of specific work experience

8 ESHS Expert Diploma /BSC or higher in ESHS or related disciplines or equivalent studies

9.Highway Engineer MSC/BS in Serving engineering, structure Engineering, civil Engineering and related field of study 8/6 years of experience

10. Electro-Mechanical Engineer BSC/MSC in Hydraulic /water resource or irrigation Engineering and related field of study with at least 8/6 years of specific work experience.

11. Bar bender skill at least 3 years’ work experience (on demanded)

12. Carpenter skill at least 5 years’ work experience (on demanded)

All pending litigation shall in total not represent more than … percent of the bidder’s net worth and shall be treated as resolved against the bidder.

Non-performance of a contract did not occur within the last years prior to the deadline for Bid submission, based on all information on fully settled disputes or litigation.

The Bidder has successfully completed at least One (1)contract on Water, Irrigation, or .Dam, Road, Building and Drainage Projects under construction works of WWC,WWGC and GC within the last Five (5) years with the amounts of  527,400,000 ETB or 3 contract with amount of 176,000,000 ETB and above for each project .

T​The Bidder has successfully or partially 70% completed at least One (1) contract on Water supply Projects under construction works of WWC, WWGC within the last Five (5) years with the amounts of 527,400,000 ETB or 3 contract with amount of 176,000,000 ETB and above for each project that have similar size and nature of the proposed Works.

note: – Bidder must submit supporting letter from client which show the project status 70% completion
