Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);

Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii)

Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);

Bidder has failed to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information about major relevant contracts successfully completed in the number and period specified in the BDS

Bidder has to submit Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS Clause 16.3;

Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements .

Bidder has to submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter in accordance with ITB Clause 5.6.

Bidder has failed to submit dated Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements

The Bidder shall submit audited financial statements or, if not required by the law of the Bidder’s country, other financial statements acceptable to the Purchaser, for the last three (3) years prior to bid submission deadline, demonstrating the current soundness of the Bidder’s financial position.

Average Annual Turnover

Minimum average annual turnover of Birr 30,000,000.00 (Birr Thirty million)    as a total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, with the last three (3) years.

The bidder must demonstrates access to or availability of financial resources such as liquid asset, line of credit, and other financial means, other than any contractual advance payments to meet the following cash flow requirements : access to bitt 20,000,000.00 ( Birr Twenty million).

Documentary Evidence

The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that the Goods it offers meet the following usage requirement:

Bidders are strictly required to submit a minimum of three (3) testimonials from end-users with their complete addresses, confirming that vehicle supplied have been in use for the last three years starting from 1^st January 2023. The total combined summed quantity of vehicle mentioned in all testimonials provided must be at least equal to those of the B.O.Q. (Bill of Quantities) of this tender for each lot.
