INVITATION FOR BID

Yetebaberut Beherawi Petroleum S.C. (YBP) is a locally established petroleum company engaged in the distribution of fuel, lubricants. LPG, and bitumen to its customers. The Company now intends to lease the NEW Ayertena B+G+4+T mixed-use building, with a total built-up area of 2.581.2 m², located within the Ayertena Fuel Service Station in Addis Ababa. Accordingly. YBP invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the tender for renting all floors, including the usable terrace, in accordance with the terms and commitments set out for bidders.

Interested bidders can collect the bid documents from our Head Office with the address specified below upon payment of non-refundable birr 1000.00 (One thousand birr) from the date of issuance of the bid.

1. Bidders are required to clearly state the intended purpose for which they seek to rent the specified buildings in their proposals.

2. Bidders must submit photocopy of currently renewed and valid business license or ID.

3. Bidders shall submit one original as well as one copy of technical and financial proposals. The technical and financial proposal should be submitted in one envelope. These two envelops should then be placed in a sealed outer envelope.

4. Bidders shall submit their offer in a sealed envelope marked with bidder’s full name and title shall clearly marked “AYERTENA B+G+4+T MIXED-USE BUILDING RENT.”

5. All bids must be submitted to address below effective May 26/2026 before 2:00PM. Late bids will not be considered.

6. Bidders must include a bid security of ETB 200,000.00 of in the form of CPO/Bank Guarantee that is valid for at least 120 (One hundred twenty days) after May 26/2026

7. Technical and financial proposals of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives on May 26/2026 at 2:30PM.

8. The Bidder, at the Bidder’s own responsibility and Cost, is encouraged to visit and examine the Building.

9. Yetebaberut Beherawi Petroleum S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
