1. Awash Bank S.C. invites technically competent and commercially competitive bidders to submit proposals for the supply and implementation of an Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise and Envato Elements Enterprise Licenses.

2. The Bank, therefore, invites technically competent and commercially competitive proposals from bidders for the supply and implementation of the Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise and Envato Elements Enterprise Licenses listed below.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Bank and other Relevant Laws of the country, and is open to all eligible bidders.

4. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from Procurement Division of Awash Bank at Awash Bank HQ 12th Floor upon producing receipt of non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred) by depositing in Account Number 01540000544500, at AWASH BANK, ANY BRANCH, during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM; 1:00PM-4:30PM and Saturday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM) starting from May 04, 2026 upon Presentation of copy of renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Registration, Certificate.

5. The bids must be accompanied by a bid Bond amount of Birr 50,000, (Fifty thousand only) for each LOT. The bid bond shall be submitted by the principal bidder in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Cashier’s Payment Order (C.P.O.), issued by any other local bank acceptable to Awash Bank S.C., and made payable in favor of Awash Bank S.C.

6. Last Due date for receipt of queries through Letter or E-mail, from the bidder/ recipients of the tender documents on or before May 13, 2026

7. The Bank Release clarifications (if any) on or before March May 15, 2026

8. Bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before May 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM for both LOTS on the above mentioned address.

9. Technical Bid opening shall be held at the office of Procurement and Supplies Management Directorate, on the above mentioned address in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend on:

11. Failure to comply any of the conditions from item 2 to 9 above shall entail automatic rejection.
