Lucy Insurance S.C invites interested and eligible competitive bidders to participate in the bidding for the Provision of > QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 21.0 with a One-Year license (Renewal),

The bid document can be obtained from Finance and Investment Department, located at Lucy Insurance S.C. Head Office, 5th Floor, in front of Capital Hotel (Hayahulet, adjacent to Waryt Building), upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00 (Three Hundred Birr).

1. Bid Submission and Opening

The bid remains floating from May 13, 2026 up to May 28, 2026 and will be closed on May 28, 2026 in the morning at 10:00 AM, and opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on the same date at 10:30 AM at the Company’s Board Room, 6th floor.

2. Bid Security

The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 25,000.00 Twenty Five Thousand) in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash payment Order (C.P.O).

3. Submission Requirements

All bidders must submit their bid documents in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Lucy Insurance S.C. Head Office, 3rd Floor, HR and Logistics Department, during office hours on or before May 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

Bidders must submit separate Technical Proposals and Financial proposal (Original & Copy for each) including VAT.

Proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked:

“Technical Proposal”

“Financial Proposal”

All envelopes must be enclosed in a single outer envelope clearly indicating the bidder’s name and address

4. Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must submit copies of:

• Valid Trade License
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate

5. Compliance

Failure to comply with any of the above requirements shall result in automatic rejection of the bid.
