INVITATION FOR BID

PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) BRAND NEW DOUBLE CAB PICKUP VEHICLE

Procurement Reference No: CORPSAFRICA-ETHIOPIA- VEHICLE-2025 CorpsAfrica/Ethiopia invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of one (1) brand new double cab pickup vehicle. Interested bidders must be legally registered business entities in Ethiopia, possess valid business licenses and tax clearance certificates, and demonstrate experience in supplying similar vehicles.

The complete bidding document can be obtained from the CorpsAfrica/ Ethiopia Office located at Aware Jambo Plaza Building, 5th Floor, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, starting from May 14th, 2026 during working hours.

Interested bidders are required to submit their sealed and stamped bids clearly marked “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) BRAND NEW DOUBLE CAB PICKUP VEHICLE – REF: CORPSAFRICA-ETHIOPIA-VEHICLE-2025” to the CorpsAfrica/Ethiopia Office at Aware Jambo Plaza 5th Floor, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, no later than May 20th, 2026 between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids shall remain valid for seven (7) days from the date of bid opening.
