Bidder has failed to complete its Technical Specification + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with technical specification presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements .

Demonstrated minimum of five (05) years’ experience in the importation of vehicles

Possession of a fully equipped after-sales service garage either owned or formally contracted

Provision of Vehicle Owner’s/Operator’s and Maintenance Manuals in English or Amharic.

Damages and malfunctions of cars under 100,000 km in 3(three) years must be covered by warranty

Bidder has to submit dated Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements
