1. The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply of the items or services listed below.

2. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain a complete set of bidding documents upon payment of a non- refundable fee of ETB 500 (Five Hundred Birr) for each bid. The payment shall be deposited to CBE Account No. 1000000950487, in the name of Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS). The bidding documents can be collected from the ERCS Humanitarian Supply Chain Department. Procurement Division, First Floor, Office No. 25, located around Stadium, Addis Ababa.

3. Bidders Shall Submit Copies of the Following Valid and Renewed Documents: Business License for The Year 2018 E.C, Business Registration Certificate. Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and any other relevant supporting documents as per bid.

4. All bids must be submitted to the Ethiopian Red Cross Society together with a bid security (bid bond) in the form of CPO only, as specified in the Bidding Data Sheet. amounting to 2% of the bid price. The bid security shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope and shall remain valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the bid validity period.

5. The Financial Offer shall be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked “Original financial offer” and “Copy of financial offer”. The Technical Offer shall be submitted in a separate third sealed envelope clearly marked “Original Technical Offer”. All four envelopes, including the CPO, shall then be enclosed in one outer envelope, which must be sealed, stamped, and signed. The outer envelope shall be addressed to the Ethiopian Red Cross Society at the address indicated below.

6. Bids shall be closed on June 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM and opened on the same day at 2:30 PM, in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives who wish to attend, at the ERCS Conference Room, Addis Ababa.

7. Bidders are strongly advised to read the bidding documents carefully and ensure that all required information and details are properly completed.

8. Failure to comply with the requirements stated under Items 2 to 7 above may result in automatic rejection of the bid.

9. The Ethiopian Red Cross Society reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to cancel the bidding process at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to bidders.
