Instructions for Submission of Proposals:

Bidders must submit their comprehensive Technical and Financial Proposals electronically to the secure email account ilriettender@cgiar.org. Ensure that you write “Procurement of Woodworking Machinery” in the subject line without any modifications.

Award: A fixed-price contract is anticipated. The issuance of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) does not constitute a commitment to award a contract by ILRI, nor does it obligate ILRI to cover any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of a proposal.
