• Nationality

  Nationality in accordance with ITB Clause 4.2.

• Valid trade license or business organization registration certificate

  Having submitted a valid trade license or business organization registration certificate issued by the country of establishment in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6

• VAT registration certificate

  Having submitted a VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value of Birr 100,000.00 and above) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6.

• Personnel for the key positions

  Among the staff mentioned in the Sub-Clause, Bidder must demonstrate that it will have the personnel for the key positions that meet the following requirements

• Form Data on Joint Ventures

  In the case of a bid submitted by a joint venture (JV), the Bidder has to submit the Form Data on Joint Ventures, the Agreement governing the formation of the joint venture, or a letter of intent to form a JV, including a draft agreement, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.1

  Bidder has to submit the Manufacturer Authorization Letter in accordance with ITB Clause 5.6

• Must Meet Criteria

   

  1. Site Survey – Mandatory
  2. Tender Specific Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) must be submitted for all the proposed products and solutions. MAF and collaboration shall be subject to confirmation by the manufacturer.- Mandatory
  3. Compliance Table, Data Sheet, and BoQ without Price in the technical Document should be presented.- Mandatory
  4. Local experts should be available for the Main Network Equipment (LAN switch /Router and /data center). – Mandatory
  5. The proposed Contractor/Brand should have stayed at least three years in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Network products – Mandatory
  6. Availability of local projects with a similar size and scope: A Contractor or partner must have at least 1 similar case and will be visited by DTU staff- Mandatory
  7. Post-deployment executions 3-year warranty (replace or repair) and Support-3-years after acceptance – Mandatory
