In the case of a bid submitted by a joint venture (JV), the Bidder has to submit the Form Data on Joint Ventures, the Agreement governing the formation of joint venture, or letter of intent to form JV, including a draft agreement, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.1

Bidder has to submit relevant professional practice certificates if required in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(iv);

Among the staff mentioned in Sub-Clause, Bidder must demonstrate that it will have the personnel for the key positions that meet the following requirements

Minimum of 5 technical engineers/experts, highly skilled and experienced in Networking Infrastructure system implementation 

Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form personnel statistics for the period specified in the BDS Clause 14.1 in order to proof its professional capacity;

Bidder has to submit relevant professional practice certificates if required in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(iv)

Bidder has to provide in the Bid Submission Sheet Form the Statement attesting the origin of the Goods and Related Services offered

Bidder has to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23

The Contractor must provide in the Contractor Certification of Compliance Form information related to its professional qualification and capability for the current and the [insert number of years] previous five years in order to proof its professional capacity.

Bidder has to submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter in accordance with ITB Clause 5.6

Tender Specific Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) must be submitted for all the proposed product and solutions. MAF and collaboration shall be subjected to confirmation by the manufacture.

Bidder has to complete its Schedule of Requirements + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with Terms of Reference presented as per template in Section 6, Schedule of Requirements

Bidder has to submit Drawings and Performance Diagrams – Form E of Section 6 (if applicable).

2. Tender Specific Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) must be submitted for all the proposed product and solutions. MAF and collaboration shall be subjected to confirmation by the manufacture.- Mandatory
3. Compliancy Table, Data Sheet and BoQ without Price in the technical Document should be presented.- Mandatory
4. Local experts should be available for the Main Network Equipments (LAN switch /Router and /data center). – Mandatory
5. The proposed Contractor/Brand should have stayed at least three years in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Network products – Mandatory
6. Availability of local projects with similar size and scope : A Contractor or partner Must have at least 1 similar case and will be visited by DTU staff- Mandatory
7. Post deployment executions 3 years warranty (replace or repair) and Support-3-years after acceptance – Mandatory

Bidder must attach the Contractor Certification of Compliance Form information about major relevant contracts successfully completed in the course of the past 5 years.

Bidder has to complete its Schedule of Requirements + Technical Offer+ Compliance Sheet Form in accordance with Terms of Reference presented as per template in Section 6, Schedule of Requirements

Bidder has to provide in the Bid Submission Sheet Form the Statement attesting the origin of the Services offered
