1. The institute has the right to cancel or amend the quotation partially or completely. 
2. The bidder should submit the item by their own transport to the institute.
3. አሸናፊው አቅራቢ የተወዳደረበትን ዕቃ በአካል ኢኒስቲትቱ ቅጥር ግቢ ማቅረብ አለበት።
4. ተጫራቾች የተጠየቀውን ስፔሲፊኬሽን በትክክል ሙሉ ሙሉ የሚያሟላ መሆኑን አረጋግጡ መሞላት አለበት።
5. ከቀረበው የቴክኒክአ ፍላጎት ውጪ አማራጭ የቴክኒክ መግለጫ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡ ስራው የሚከናወነው በተጠቀሰው ከተማ ሲሆን ፣ ወደ ቦታው ሙሉ የትርንስፖርትና የማጓጓዣ ወጪ እና ሌሎች ተያያዥ ወጪዎች የሚሸፈነው በዕቃው አቅራቢ ድርጅት ይሆናል።
6. Cabinets with various compartments, shelves and drawers of the above dimensions are expected to be manufactured and delivered within 15-20 days.
