PROVISION OF INTEGRATED MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION SERVICES

MELA FOR HER (www.melaforher.com) is a social enterprise based in Ethiopia dedicated to transforming the lives of women and girls by providing access to affordable, eco-friendly menstrual products, delivering menstrual health education, and creating employment opportunities for women.

MELA FOR HER invites qualified and experienced marketing and communication agencies to submit bids for the provision of comprehensive and integrated marketing and communication services. The selected agency will support MELA FOR HER in strengthening its brand visibility, increasing awareness of its products and social impact, and driving sales through strategic promotion, advertising, and public engagement activities in five selected regions and at the national level, in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

Submission of Bids

Interested agencies shall submit their bids in their own format, ensuring that all information and supporting documents required in the TOR are included.

The bid shall comprise the following:

• •       A company profile, including relevant experience, organizational capacity, and financial capability.

·   A technical proposal describing the proposed approach, methodology, work plan, team for carrying out the assignment and other supporting documents.

·      A detailed financial proposal (quotation), clearly indicating all applicable costs.

The technical and financial proposals shall be submitted electronically via email to hello@melaforher.com with the subject line: Invitation to Bid – Marketing and Communication Services. The deadline for submission of bids is 8 July 2026.

Additional Information

·       The language of the bid and all related correspondence shall be English.

·    Prices quoted by bidders shall be firm and fixed and shall not be subject to adjustment during the validity of the bid.

·       Bid Validity Period: 45 days from the submission deadline.

·       The currency for bid submission, evaluation, and contract award shall be Ethiopian Birr (ETB).

·      MELA FOR HER reserves the right to modify the scope of services during contract negotiations, provided that such modifications do not affect the agreed unit prices or other contractual terms and conditions.

·      MELA FOR HER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and is not bound to award the contract to the lowest-priced or any bidder. It also reserves the right to cancel this procurement process, in whole or in part, at any time before contract award without incurring any liability to bidders.
