INVITATION FOR OPEN BID

1. Zemen Insurance S.C (ZISC) invites interested and eligible competitive bidders to participate in the bidding for the Procurement of E-invoicing System implementation.

2. Interested bidders may obtain the detailed Terms Of Reference /TOR/ from Finance and Investment Department located at Head Office Bole Road Haile and Alem Building 2 Floor with a non refundable fee of ETB Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) starting from the day the quote in aired during office working hours (8:00 A.M-5:00 P.M)

3. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O).

4. The bidders must submit their Technical and financial proposals to our office in person in a separate envelope starting from the posted date on the newspaper.

5. All bidders must submit the bid Document in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Zemen Insurance S.C during office hours on/ before July 13,2026 at 4:00/morning/ at the 5th floor Human capital management and Administration Department.

6. The bid will be closed on July 13,2026 G.C at 4:00 A.M /morning/ opened the same date at 4:30 A.M /morning/ at the company head office in the presence of bidders or their authorized representative.

7. Bidders should present copy of renewed trade license, Tax clearance certificate Tin and VAT registration certificate.

8. Failure to comply any of the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.

9. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Human capital and property Administration department.
