  In the case of a bid submitted by a Partnerships, Consortium or Joint Ventures PARTNERSHIPS, CONSORTIUM, OR JOINT VENTURES the Bidder has to submit the Form Data on Joint Ventures, the Agreement governing the formation of joint venture, or letter of intent to form partnerships, consortium, or joint ventures PARTNERSHIPS, CONSORTIUM, OR JOINT VENTURES, including a draft agreement, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.1.

Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form the Team Skill Matrix identifying the skills that are relevant to the role in the contract team and are required for successful execution of the contract;

CVs of the Professional staff
Bidder has to provide CVs of the Professional staff signed by the staff themselves or by the authorized representative of the Professional Staff.

​II.            ​Technical Qualifications that the selected offeror must possessThe bidder must submit tools/equipment that the Offeror currently has in their possession to provide preventive and maintenance services (this should not include the replacement parts themselves) and perform all activities necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of work described in the statement of work section for the purpose of providing support to the preventive and corrective maintenance of MHEs and standby generators to the logistics operations of EPSS. The bidder must submit CV of all proposed personnel, highlighting their qualifications, technical skills, and prior experience. Indicate years of experience and/or specific certifications and education. Each CV should be 1-2 pages in length; proof of certification as an authorized CAT technician from all proposed personnel, as applicable; copy of diploma from vocational college/university in electrical engineering, electronic technology, auto mechanics, or other related degree for all proposed senior technicians only (this requirement does not apply to junior/mid assistants). This bid is a LTA type Contract consisting of individual purchase orders issued for the contractor’s turnaround time, quantity of items requiring servicing, and maintenance performed to furnish preventive and corrective maintenance service to EPSS. EPSS will avail spare parts from stock and through local and international procurement.
