ZOA From Relief to Recovery is an international NGO registered with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Charities and Societies Agency as a Foreign Charity under Registration Certificate No. 0739. ZOA works in the fields of emergency relief and recovery operations to support refugees, returnees, internally displaced persons, and victims of conflict and natural disasters.

ZOA From Relief to Recovery hereby invites competent and reliable construction companies to submit sealed bids for the construction of an 80m³ elevated reservoir at Luak Dong Refugee Camp, Makuey Woreda, Nuer Zone, Gambella Regional State, Ethiopia

Construction of an 80m3 elevated reservoir at Luak Dong Refugee Camp, Makuey Woreda, Nuer Zone, Gambella Regional State, Ethiopia.

Bid Participants shall present the following Mandatory Requirements with their bid document.

Mandatory Requirement

1. Copy of Renewed & Relevant business license

2. Copy of VAT Registration Certificate

3. Copy of TIN Certificate

4. Bid Security Bond valid for 90 days, 2 % of bid amount by CPO or Bank Guarantee in the name of ZOA only issued by a recognized Banks. CPO will be returned after the winner’s vendor identified & awarded.

5. Relevant document which can show past performance and experience.

6. Proven experience in elevated reservoirs preferably in humanitarian or rural settings

• Bid will be floated from June 28, 2026, to July 7, 2026, up to 2:00 P.M. (afternoon).
• Late submission will be rejected.
• ZOA Ethiopia office reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process partially or all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
• Bid documents and BOQ can be obtained from the ZOA be obtained KIM Country Office in Addis Ababa from June 2, 2026, to June 12, 2026, during working hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM-5:00PM

Friday: 8:30AM-12:30PM

• Bid will be closed on July 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM (afternoon) and will be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM (afternoon) at ZOA Country office, Addis Ababa.
• Bidders are advised to properly read & understand ZOA’s Tender guideline to fill in all the necessary details requested in the end guide.
