Proof of past performance: The bidder should have experience providing and implementing power and cooling infrastructure for data center. At least 3 references must be attached for the implementation of modular data center. 

Tender Specific Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) must be submitted for selected devices and datasheet for all products.

Compliance Table, Data Sheet, and Bill of Material in the technical Document should be presented.

The bidder must be in service for a minimum of 3 years until now

Implementation needs to be fully handled by bidder

The bidder must be able to provide in-country technical support, maintenance, and warranty service to all the complete solutions

Submission of audited balance sheets and other financial statements as required in the BDS Clause 17, for the past 3 yearsdemonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder’s financial position and its prospective long-term profitability.

The Peak annual turnover calculated as total certified construction work payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the past Five years.

 Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.5(b)(iii).

Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the Bidder is engaged, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.5(b)(i);

In case of Partnerships, Consortium or Joint Ventures, the bidder submit a separate Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form for each member; disclose at least one of the following: –

1)    Directly or indirectly holding 10% or more of the shares.

2)    Directly or indirectly holding 10% or more of the Voting Rights or

3)    Directly or indirectly having the right to appoint a majority of the board of Directors or an equivalent governing body of the consultant or

4)    Whether a person directly or indirectly exercises significant influence or control over the Company (tendered)

 In the case of a bid submitted by a Partnership, Consortium or a joint venture (JV), the Bidder has to submit the Form Data on Partnership, Consortium or Joint Ventures, the Agreement governing the formation of joint venture, or letter of intent to form Partnership, Consortium or Joint Venture, including a draft agreement, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.1.

 Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.5(b)(ii)), in accordance with ITB Clause 4. 5(b)(ii).;

 Bidder has not been debarred by a decision of the Public Procurement and Property Administration Authority from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation under previous contracts, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.3;

Bidder does have nationality in accordance with ITB Clause 4.2.

Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Clause 6;

Bidder has to submit business organization registration certificate in accordance with ITB Clause 4.5(c).

Reporting arrangement, change control procedures and risk management procedures

Delivery schedule, scheduling of implementation of activities and Clarity of time frame:

§ The maximum delivery time should not be more than 180 days (six months) after contract signing.

Onsite on-job training, provide the detailed training subjects and schedule

Quality and Information Security Standards: The implementer must be certified in an internationally recognized Quality Management System, to ensure structured processes and continuous improvement throughout the project life cycle.

Guarantee and Implementation Liability: The bidder shall provide an official guarantee letter confirming their full responsibility for any damage, malfunction, or burnout of Data Center equipment that may occur during the implementation, installation, or configuration period.

In the event such incidents occur, the bidder shall repair or replace the affected equipment at their own cost, without any additional financial obligation to the Client.

This guarantee is intended to ensure service continuity and protection against single points of failure as part of the planned three-tier Data Center architecture supporting the SAP HANA ERP environment.

Bidder has to submit relevant professional practice certificates, if required in BDS Clause 4.5(b)(iv).

Bidder has to demonstrate in its Technical Proposal that it will have the personnel for the key positions that meet requirements 

Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information related to its professional qualification and capability for the period specified in the BDS Clause 15.1;

he bidder shall provide a minimum of three (3) HCIP-certified engineers and one 2 PMP-certified Project Manager with at least five (5) years of relevant project management experience.

Non-performance of a contract did not occur within the last [3] years prior to the deadline for Bid submission, based on all information on fully settled disputes or litigation. A fully settled dispute or litigation is one that has been resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Mechanism under the respective contract, and where all appeal instances available to the bidder have been exhausted

Bidder has failed to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information about contracts similar to the proposed Works in the number, value, and period 

Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information about major relevant contracts successfully completed 

Bidder has to submit Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS Clause 16.3 with a budget of at least,,, that of this contract.
