Welthungerhilfe (WHH) is one of the biggest development organizations in Germany with development and relief aid projects in more than 40 countries. Non-profitmaking, non-political and non-denominational, the organization works under the leadership of an honorary board and the patronage of the German Federal President. WHH has been successfully operating different projects in the country since 1972.

Welthungerhilfe invites qualified and licensed firms to submit technical and financial proposals for conducting a comprehensive assessment and developing an evidence-based Food System Profile for the Afar Region.
