Qualification Requirements

  • Shelf life of the products

    Shelf life of the products shall be ≥ 2 years

  • Nationality

    Bidders have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2;

  • For Dihydroartemisinin/Piperaquine 40/320mg tablet

    The bidders listed on the latest updated version of the Global Fund Quality Assurance Policy of Malaria Products before or upon the bid opening date will be given a first priority.

  • Conflict of interest

    A Bidder shall not have a conflict of interest. All Bidders found to have a conflict of interest shall be disqualified.

    Reference: ITB 36.2 (b)

  • Technical Evaluation Criterion – Regulatory Compliance

    Priority shall be given to foreign bidders in the following order:

    First Priority: Bidders submit a valid EFDA Product Registration Certificate

    Second Priority: Bidders submit a valid SRA with an EFDA GMP certificate.

    Third Priority: Bidders submit a valid EFDA GMP / SRA Certificate.

    For Local bidders

    • Bidder with a valid manufacturing license and a valid EFDA registration certificate /Valid EFDA GMP certificate/ valid EFDA GMP exemption letter will be given first priority.
