Background

National Insurance Company of Ethiopia S.C. (NICE) was established in 1994 and is a pioneer of the privately owned Insurance Companies in Ethiopian. Currently, it provides conventional and innovative Non-Life (General) insurance products and services through its well-located 48 Branches and 7 Contact offices situated in Addis Abeba and different parts of the country.

National Insurance Company of Ethiopia S.C. invites all interested and eligible bidders/vendors/ for the purchasing of Stationery.

1. The bid document can be obtained from the company in the following address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB Birr 100 (One hundred) of purchasing the bid document from:

2. Bidders should submit renewed license, VAT registration, TIN certificate and current year tax clearance, along with their offers. be

3. International bidders are required to submit an authorized license or certificate that certifies the bidder to transact the subject matter of the bid from the country of origin.

4. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 100,000.00 birr in one of the following forms:

a. CPO;

b. Bank guarantee before the closing date.

5. The bid remains floating from 27th July 2026 to 11th August 2026 and will be closed on 11th August 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on the same date at 10:15 AM at Company’s Head Quarter, HR & Facility Management Department, Debre Zeit Road, ZEFCO Building, 5th Floor, National Insurance Company of Ethiopia S.C., Addis Ababa

6. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

7. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of this bid.
