INVITATION TO TENDER

NRC Ethiopia invites qualified vendors to undertake the solarization of the existing motorized water supply system at Sekotaselase, Tselemt Wereda. The scope of work includes the installation of solar panels and the construction of a solar mounting structure.

The ITB documents provide all relevant details, including drawings, all requirements, quantities, delivery location, and submission date, time, and place. Bidders may collect the RFQ documents in person from the Logistics Department, Monday to Friday, between 08:30 and 16:00, at the following locations:

• Addis Ababa Country Office – Woreda 02, House No. 693/36, Kirkos Sub City, Wollo Sefer, Near Mina Building, Addis Ababa

Closing date for submitting the tender is 03 August 2026 at 16:30. All times are local and follow the Gregorian calendar. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.

Submission Instructions:

All interested and eligible contractors are requested to submit their offers by hand in sealed envelopes to the address specified above. Email submissions will not be accepted.

Submissions may also be delivered through DHL or any other express courier service. Please note that all bidders are required to sign the bid submission register upon delivery. The register may be signed either by a company representative or by the courier.
