Revision of the Ethiopian Red Cross Society Training Institute First Aid Training of Trainers (TOT) Curriculum and Manual

The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) Training Institute invites eligible consulting firms or multidisciplinary teams to submit Technical and Financial Proposals for the revision of the First Aid Training of Trainers (TOT) Curriculum and Manual.

1. Interested bidders may obtain the bidding document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 400 by requesting it via ERCS-TI@redcrosseth.org , Telegram: @redcrosstrainingeth or collecting it in person from the ERCS Training Institute, Saris (400 meters from Adey Ababa Textile Factory), Addis Ababa.

2. Bids must be accompanied by a 2% Bid Security (CPO only) of the total bid price, valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period.

3. Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked as Technical Offer and Financial Offer (Original & Copy), and enclosed in one sealed outer envelope addressed to the ERCS Training Institute.

4. Bid submissions must reach the ERCS Training Institute no later than August 04, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

5. Bidders should carefully review the bidding document and ensure all requirements are fulfilled. Failure to meet the bidding requirements will result in disqualification.

6. The Ethiopian Red Cross Society Training Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without incurring any liability.
