Development Bank of Ethiopia Invitation for National Competitive Bid (NCB) Bid Ref. No.DBE/NCB/G/T/01/2026/27

1. Development Bank of Ethiopia has invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of Different Tyers for Vehicles. Therefore, interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:

i. Supplier Registration Certificate
ii. Renewed trade license
iii. TIN Certificate (only for local Bidders)
iv. VAT Registration (only for local Bidders)
V. Tax Clearance Certificate (only for local Bidders)

2. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from August 12, 2026 upon the non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) or Equivalent amount in easily convertible currency to customer Accounts Transaction Services office, Tower II, Ground Floor & Collect the bid documents by softcopy through your Email or by flash disk from Procurement directorate at DBE Kiyamed Building (Former Sugar Corporation Head Office) 1st floor.

3. Bids shall be submitted in to the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before August 26, 2026 at 10:00 A.M (4:00 local time) at Development Bank of Ethiopia DBE Kiyamed Building (Former Sugar Corporation Head Office) 1st floor.

4. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on August 26, 2026 at 10:05 A.M. (4:05 local time) In the presence of bidders and/or their authorized person.

6. Bidders should present their Financial & Technical documents (Original and one Copy) separately in sealed envelope.

7. Samples should be present.
