- መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ይሆናል።
- በዋጋ ማቅረቢያው የሚወዳደር ማንኛውም ድርጅት ባህር ዳር የሆነ ወይም ህጋዊ ተወካይ ባህር ዳር ያለው መሆን ይጠበቅበታል።
- አሸናፊ የሚሆን ድርጅት አቅርቦቱን ባህር ዳር ዩኒቨርስቲ ህክምናና ጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ ድረስ እቃውን እስከ ትራንስፖርቱ እና ከኮሌጁ ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ የማቅረብ ግዴታ ይኖርበታል።
- እንዲሁም በጨረታ የሚሳተፍ ማንኛውም ድርጅት ዩኒቨርሲቲው ባዘጋጀው ስፔስፊኬሽ መሰረት ብቻ ማቅረብ የሚችል ነው።
