The South Ethiopia regional state Wolayta Zone High Court has planned to construct B+G+7 office Building. The High Court allocated budget towards the cost of the following project and intends to apply part of this budget to payments under this project.

2. It’s certificate of registration from Ethiopian Contraction Authority or Relevant Regional Authority with category BC/GC-1 and renewed for the current budget year and other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidders compliance which shall include:

4. Renewed Construction Competency Certificate from Ethiopian Construction Authority or from south Ethiopia region the Ministry of urban Development and Construction

5. VAT registration certificate

6. Tax payer registration certificate

7.Valid tax clearance certificate

8. Evidence of being registered supplier under public procurement and property administration Agency (PPPAA)

9. Bidders shall submit three envelopes.” Qualification information” (one original sealed separately and each two copies sealed separately, then finally sealed with one outer envelope). “Bid Security” and “Financial Bid” (One original sealed separately and each two copies sealed separately, then finally sealed with one outer envelope) and finally three envelopes should be sealed in one an outer envelope.

10. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Qualification information first and financial Bids of qualified bidders at the second.

11. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:30 to 12:30 am and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30p.m.

A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 2,000 birr during working hours of 21 (Twenty first day) successive calendar days starting from the first date of notification of this advertisement on the Ethiopian Herald. The final submission date and opening of proposal will be on 21th date of the announcement on the Ethiopia herald at 10:00 am and 10:00 pm respectively. If the 21th date is not a working day it will be on the next working days at the same time.

13. Bids must be delivered to the below address on or before 10:00 am of the above said date. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 1,000,000 (One million birr only) and late bids will be rejected.

14. Wolayta Zone High Court Finance Office reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bidding process.
