The Well in Action is a local Civil Society organization invites qualified printing service providers to submit bids for the printing of official documents totaling 261,528 pages. The purpose of this tender is to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective printing services.

• Paper Size: A4 (210 mm x 297 mm)
• Paper Quality: 80 gm bond paper
• Printing Type: black & white
• Binding: Specify – e.g., stapled with Transparent Tape
• Delivery Location: Head office Addis Ababa, Gerji Mebrat Hayle
• Delivery Timeline: 15 days (Less than 15 days is preferable)

3. Bidder Requirements

• Valid business license and tax registration.
• Demonstrated capacity to handle large-volume printing.
• At least 3 references from similar projects.
• Ability to deliver within the specified timeline.

4. Submission Guidelines

• Bids must include a financial proposal (cost per page, total cost, VAT, delivery charges).
• Bids must include a technical proposal (equipment, quality assurance, delivery plan).
