- Terms and Conditions: 1. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (Bid Security) ብር 50,000.00 (ሃምሳ ሺ ብር) በe-GP ሲስተም ማያያዝ እንዳለ ሆኖ ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ባ/ዳር ጉ/ቅ/ፅ/ቤት ግዥ ክፍል ቢሮ ቁጥር 306 የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፡፡ 2. የሹፌር ደሞዝ፤ የነዳጅ ወጭ በራሱ ችሎ ለመስራት ፈቃደኛ የሆነ፡፡ 3. ተወዳዳሪዎች ለሚወዳደሩበት መስመር የተወዳደረበትን ተሸከርካሪ በአካል ማሳየት ይኖርበታል፡፡ 4. የአገልግሎት ጊዜዉ ለሁለት አመት ሆኖ እንደየ አስፈላጊነቱ ሊራዘም የሚችል እና የዋጋ ማስተካከያ የሚደረገው ከ ስድስት ወር በኃላ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡ 5. በቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ሌላ መስመር /ፌርማታ/ ላይ ውል ወስዶ አገልግሎት እየሰጠ ያለ ተሸከርካሪ መወዳደር አይቻልም ፡፡ 6. ጥሩ የተሽከርካሪ ይዞታ ያለዉ ንፅህናውን የጠበቀ ወንበር፣ የወንበር ልብስ እና መጋረጃ የለው ፣ ዝናብ፣ ፀሀይና አቧራ ወደ ውስጥ የማያስገባ እና ምንም ጉዳት በተሽከርካሪዉ አካል ላይ ያለደረሰበት፡፡ 7. ሰራተኞችን ከሰኞ አስከ አርብ ጠዋት 1፡50 ሰዓት ከቤታቸው ወደ ቢሮ ለማድረስ፤ ከቢሮ 11፡05 ሰዓት መነሻ ወደ ቤታቸው ለማድረስ እና ቅዳሜ ደግሞ ጠዋት 1፡50 ሰዓት ከቤታቸው ወደ ቢሮ ለማድረስ እና ከቢሮ 6፡05 ሰዓት መነሻ ወደ ቤታቸው ለማድረስ የትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት መስጠት የሚችል፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ ፡- ለተወዳደረበት መስመር ዋጋ የተሰጠበትን ታርጋ ቁጥር ማስገባት እና የተጠየቀውን የተሸከርካሪውን መረጃ /ሰነድ/ ማየያዝ አለበት ፡፡ ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
