Expertise France has launched an international call for bids Framework Agreement for Hotel, Venue, Catering, Accommodation, and Related Services in Addis Ababa. Lot 1: Five-star hotels; Lot 2: Four-star hotels; Lot 3: Three-star hotels. The tender is available on the French public procurement portal:
 
 
Interested bidders are invited to submit their applications through the procurement platform: https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr 
 
The deadline for bid submission is September 09, 2026.
 
To assist interested bidders with the online submission process, Expertise France will organize one training sessions at its office:

Airport Road, Wollo Sefer
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
 
Training Schedule:
  • Monday, September 07, 2026 – 11:00 p.m. / 5:00 a.m. (Ethiopia time) 
Interested participants are kindly invited to attend the above training sessions. The training will provide only guidance on the online application and bid submission process through the French procurement platform.
 
To register, please send the name of the company and the name and contact details of the participant to procurement.et@expertisefrance.fr  no later than September 04, 2026.
 
Attendance may be limited to [one/two] representative(s) per company.
 
The training will be limited exclusively to practical guidance on accessing PLACE and submitting a tender electronically. It will not cover the interpretation of the tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility requirements or evaluation criteria.
 
Participation in the training is optional and will not affect the evaluation of tenders. Any questions concerning the tender documents or procurement requirements must be submitted through PLACE in accordance with the tender rules. Responses to such questions will be communicated through PLACE and made available equally to all interested tenderers.
 
Tenderers remain solely responsible for ensuring that their complete tenders are submitted through PLACE before the applicable deadline.
