Invitation to Submit Quotation for Supply, Installation, and Training of Solar Irrigation Pumps

Dorcas Aid Ethiopia (DAE) is an international humanitarian and development organization implementing relief and development programs across different regions of Ethiopia. As part of its commitment to strengthening climate-resilient livelihoods and promoting sustainable agricultural production, Dorcas plans to procure four (4) 3-inch solar-powered irrigation pumps, including all required accessories for its Hawassa Zuria Project.

Dorcas hereby invites qualified, experienced, and reliable suppliers to submit quotations for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and user training of the solar irrigation pumping systems. A supplier should demonstrate proven experience in the supply and installation of solar-powered water pumping systems and possess the technical and financial capacity to deliver the required services within the specified timeframe.

Dorcas reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason thereof.

Interested suppliers can collect the bid document (detailed specifications) from Dorcas Aid Ethiopia head office OR its Hawassa Project Office from September 2 to September 8, 2026.

The bid documents (technical and financial proposals) shall be submitted to DAE head office or Hawassa Project Office before September 8, 2026 at 5.00 p.m with renewed license and/or TIN Certificate
