To all bidders, It is to be recalled that the above mentioned bid was advertised on Ethiopian Herald on August 14,2026. Due to inconveniences please note the following amendment.

1. 2. Bids must be delivered to the address below on Paragraph 9 on or before October 5,2026, 2:00pm. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below paragraph 9 on October 5,2026,2:30pm.

3. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration only using the form in the bidding document issued to the bidders. A bid Security Declaration must be submitted for each Lot. Civil Works, Supply and Installation of Pipes and Fittings, Design Review, Supply and Installation of Electromechanical Equipment for (Lot 1-Baha-Miyo, Lot-2 Harallo-Dire & Lot-3 Liso-Dillo Woredas) RPS in Borena Zone, Oromia National Regional Sate. The Bid-Security shall be in the form of Form of Bid- Securing Declaration using a Form of Form of Bid-Securing Declaration in Section IV, Bidding.

4. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
