INVITATION FOR BID (Rebid) Procurement of ICT Equipment and Cabinet Organizers

The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) Ethiopia, in partnership with the Ministry of Health and the Korean Organization for International Health (KOFIH), invites eligible, legally registered local vendors to bid for the supply and delivery of:

• Lot 1: Label printers
• Lot 2: Projectors
• Lot 3: Laminating machines
• Lot 4: Cabinet organizers

Bidding is on a lot-by-lot basis; bidders may compete for multiple lots. Bidders must hold a renewed business license, and a bidder’s registration certificate from the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in two separate, sealed, and clearly labeled envelopes, accompanied by a 2% Bid Security (CPO, unconditional bank guarantee, or irrevocable letter of credit).

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at 2:15 PM, September 22, 2026, at the CHAI Ethiopia office. Late submissions will be rejected unopened.

Note: This is a rebid. The original solicitation issued under IFB # CHAI/EM/KOFIH/001/26 was re-advertised due to an insufficient number of eligible suppliers responding to the initial bid invitation.

CHAI reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, in part or in full, at any stage of the process
