Plan International’s programs in Ethiopia focus on Child Protection, Education, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Food and Economic Security, Humanitarian Response and Resilience Building that we implement in Amhara, Oromia, South, Tigray, Gambella, Afar and Benishangul-Gumuz Regional States and Addis Ababa City Administration. Common to these, issues of gender and disability are also integrated and mainstreamed in all programs.

Plan International Ethiopia, Oromia Program area (PIE-OR-PA) wants to invite all interested and eligible contractors to participate in the following Rehabilitation constructions of Adolescence & youth friendly service rooms and Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) room at Komona Health center and Komona High School Compounds respectively, Guba Koricha Worda, West Hararge Zone as per the enclosed detail BoQ for Full Outsource (Material + Labour): –

Interested eligible contractors shall provide written application with original and neat copies of the following legal documents: –

Mandatory Requirement

1. Copy of Renewed & Relevant business license for Fiscal Year 2018E.C.

2. Copy of VAT Registration Certificate

3. Copy of TIN Certificate

4.  GC-7/BC-6 and above Contractors only

6. Renewed registration certificate from Federal or Regional urban development and construction works Bureau for GC/BC for 2018E.C.

7. Evidence of settlement of current tax, registration for VAT and TIN certificate.

8. Bid Security Bond of 2 % in CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee
