Invitation to Submit a Proposal for CPD Training Delivery on “Medical Device Maintenance Procedure and Workshop Organization Course & On-site Coaching for Healthcare Specialists and Technicians”

The Ministry of Education (MOE) has received financing from KfW toward the cost of the Capacity Development in the Field of Training for Health Care Specialists and Technicians Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Medical Equipment for Hospitals. Currently, the Ministry invites sealed Proposals/ Bids from eligible CPD Centers to participate in the delivery of the training program titled: “Medical Device Maintenance Procedure and Workshop Organization Course & On-site Coaching for Healthcare Specialists and Technicians”.

Bidding will be conducted by means of National Competitive Bidding procedure with qualification as specified in KfW’s Procurement Guidelines (“KfW Guidelines”).

Interested eligible CPD Centers may obtain further information from the consultant firm, Mr. Sultan Zeynu, suze@niras.de  with mandatory copy to geta@niras.de .

A complete set of bidding documents together with ToR is available to interested Bidders through an email request to suze@niras.de  with mandatory copy to geta@niras.de  and with mandatory details of the requesting firm (name of company, full address of company, contact person and email address of the contact person). The bidding documents received from the Employer are not transferable.

The proposal should cover the delivery of CPD-certified training and subsequent on-site coaching across nine hospitals.

Bids/proposal must be delivered to the address indicated in the bidding documents at/ on or before 14:00 local time in Addis Ababa on 24/09/2026. Late Bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened in a public session in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives. Remark:
Bidders must strictly follow the procedures and address all requirements specified in the terms or Reference (TOR) within their proposal.
