- ተቋሙ የተሸለ አመራጭ ከአገኘ ፕሮፎረማዉን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
- ድርጅቱ ያሸነፈበትን ዕቃ ሙሉ በሙሉ ከማስገባቱ በፊት ሳምፕል (ናሙና) አምጥቶ የማሳየት ግዴታ አለበት።
- ድርጅቱ ያሸነፈበትን ዕቃ በተወዳደረበት ስፔስፈኬሽን መሰረት በትክክል ሳያቀርብ ቢገኝ ተቋሙ አስፈላጊውን ህጋዊ እርምጃ ይወስዳል።
