- Terms and Conditions: መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ የጨረታዉ አሸናፊ ዕቃዎቹን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት በቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ማስተማሪያ ሆስፒታል ድረስ ገቢ አድርጎ ክፍያዉን ይቀበላል፡፡ ጨረታዉ በመንግስት የግዥ መመሪያ፤ ህግ እና ደንብ መሰረት የሚመራ ይሆናል፡ በጨረታ ማስከበርያ ዋስትና ምትክ የሚቀርበዉ የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ተቀባይነት የሚኖረዉ በማምረት ስራ ላይ ለተሰማሩ ጥቃቅንና አነስተኛ ማህበራት ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ፡-፡፡ ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበርያበአካል ቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የግዥ ሥራ አስፈፃሚ ቢሮ ቁጥር 131 ድረስ ማምጣት አለበት፡፡ ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ጨረታዉ በተዘጋ በ60 ደቂቃ ውስጥ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ሚስጥር ቁጥር (Key Share) ከሲስተሙ ላይ ማስቀመጥ ወይም መሙላት አለበት፡፡ ይሄንን ካላስቀመጠ ከውድድር ውጪ ያስደርጋል፡፡ ተጫራች ዕቃዎቹ የተመረተበት ዘመንና የአገልገሎት ማብቅያ ጊዜ የሚታወቅ ሆኖ የአገልግሎት ጊዜው ቢያንስ አንድ አመት የሚቆይ መሆን አለበት፡፡ለተጨመሪ ማብራሪያ፡ ስልክ ቁጥር ፡-0941654932
