Open Tender Notice for the Procurement of ERP Softwar.

The Amhara Development Association (ADA) is a local non governmental development association whose mission is to contribute to the social development beneficiaries of the region’s people by sustainably mobilizing the public and development supporters,providing assistance in education, health,and job creation sectors. The Association, with financial support from partner organizations, wishes to procure Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software by competing legally licensed and qualified bidders in the field through open tender.

Therefore, it invites eligible and legally licensed bidders in the sector to participate in this tender.

1. Bidders must provide a valid renewed business license fo the current year, a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and proof of tax clearance for the current fiscal year.
2.  Bidders must provide a registration certificate proving they are registered Value Added Tax (VAT) payers.
3. Bidders must attach copies of the evidence mentioned in items 1 and 2 above, along with other relevant documents requested in the tender document, to their bid submission.
4.  Bidders must provide a bid security (bid bond) equivalent to 1% of the total bid price in the form of a CPO (Certified Payment Order) or an unconditional bank guarantee.
5. Bidders must prepare and submit their bidding documents fully and in detail according to the provided Terms of Reference (TOR).
6.  Bidders can obtain the bidding document by paying a non-refundable fee of ETB 500 (five hundred Birr only) from the ADA Head Office, 4th Floor, Office No. 410, located in Bahir Dar, or Addis Ababa Office, 2nd Floor, Office No. 206.
7. The Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes.
8. Original and copy versions of the Technical Proposal must be clearly marked and submitted in separate envelopes. Similarly, original and copy versions of the Financial Proposal must be clearly marked and submitted separately.
9. The outer envelopes must clearly state the type of tender, the name and full address of the bidder and the label “Technical Proposal” or “Financial Proposal”.
10.  Bidders must deposit their bid documents into the tender box designated for this purpose at the ADA Head Office, Bahir Dar, 4th Floor, Office No. 410 within 10 consecutive working days starting from the date this announcement appears in the newspaper. The tender will close on the 10thday at 2:30 PM (8:30 local time). It will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM (9:00 local time) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. If the opening day falls on a non-working day, it will open at the same time on the next working day.
11. Bidders must deposit their bidding documents in the designated tender box at the ADA Head Office, Bahir Dar, Office No. before the closing date and time.
12.  The Association reserves the right to cancel the bid fully if it finds a better alternative.
