INVITATION FOR BID

Lume Adama farmers’ cooperative union invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the following goods:

• Trashing machine (Qty 15pcs)
• PIC Bag (Qty- 4,490 Pcs)
• Plastic Sheet (Qty-45pcs)
• Needle Pro Moisture Tester (Qty- 15pcs)

Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the complete bidding documents, including specifications, terms and conditions, from the union’s office located in Mojo town near mojo municipality office during working hours starting from 9/09/2026.

• Bid submission date line 23/09/2026 at 12:00 pm
• Bid opening date 23/09/2026 at 2:00pm

Bidders are required to submit their bids in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents.

Lume Adama farmers’ cooperative union reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the applicable procurement rules and regulations.
