Amhara Bank S.C invites all interested bidders by this local competitive bid for the service following:

1	VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) License Subscription and Support Service	36 months

1. The bid document shall be obtained commencing September 17, 2026 from Procurement Division, cited at Amhara Bank S.C. Procurement & facility Directorate. Around Leghar, Ras Mekonnen Street. ORDA Tower 20th floor against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr Only) by depositing at Amhara Bank S.C, Addis Ababa Branch Head Office Ground floor during office hours. Bidders must present & professional license, Tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate and other relevant documentary evidences.

3. Tenders must be supported with bid Bond (Re-fundable) in form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee with total amount of Birr 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand) in favor of Amhara Bank S.C. with validity period not less than 120 days from the date of bid opening.

4. All bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Procurement Division, cited at Amhara Bank S.C, HO Procurement & Facility Management Directorate on or before September 30, 2026 until 2:00 P.M.

5. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ representatives who choose to attend in person on September 30, 2026 at 2:30 P.M.

6. Submission of bid after the closing date & time will not be accepted and the document will be returned unopened.

7. Bidders are strongly advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in the bid document.
