Dashen Bank invites eligible and interested bidders for the Procurement of different Goods, works and Consultancy services per outlined below.

1. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the bidding document via https://extratenders.net and https://dashen.afrotender.com for Bid Ref No.DBOT01226/2 7,DBOT02726/27DBOT02826/27& DBOT02926/27 to access the biding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred Only) starting from September 14, 2026.

2. For Bid Ref No.DBOT03026/27, DBOT03126/27, DBOT03226/27- and DBOT03326/27 via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/  to access the biding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred Only) Payment should be deposited into Account No.180020002 at any Dashen Bank Branch. Bidders must upload their payment advice via SAP Ariba System to gain full access to document for each bid reference number starting from September 14, 2026.

3. All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank’s supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/  .

4. Renewed Commercial Registration, Business License, TIN Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and Incorporation Documents (i.e. Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association, Bylaws, Minutes, etc.) are required while submitting the bid document.

5. Bidders shall present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier’s payment order (CPO) or) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal/or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.

6. Bidders must submit their TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in a separate envelope in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document as follows:

• The sealed bid proposal shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on September 28,2026 up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon and the technical bid proposal shall be opened at supply chain management 7th floor tentatively on September 29, 2026 at
  2:00 PM Afternoon in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives for bid ref.no. DBOT01226/27, DBOT02726/27 & DBOT02826/27.
• The sealed bid proposal shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on September 25, 2026 up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon and the technical bid proposal shall be opened at supply chain management 7th floor tentatively on September 26, 2026 at 9:00 A.M Morning in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives for bid ref.no. DBOT02926/27.
• Bid document shall be submitted through Bank’s SAP Ariba System, electronicallyon or before September 25, 2026 up to 5:00 PM Afternoon and the technical bid proposal shall be opened electronically tentatively on September 26, 2026 at 9:00 A.M Morning for bid ref.no. DBOT03126/27, DBOT03226/27 and DBOT03326/27.
• Bid document shall be submitted through Bank’s SAP Ariba System, electronically on or before September 28, 2026 up to 5:00 PM Afternoon and the technical bid proposal shall be opened electronically tentatively on September 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM Afternoon for bid ref.no. DBOT03026/27.

7. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 3 to 5shall result in automatic rejection.

8. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
