SOS Children’s Village Ethiopia is a member association of the International Federation of SOS Children’s Villages. It is a non-political, not-for-profit, and non- religious social development organization focused on the well-being and development of children. It was founded in 1974 and has been a development partner since then with positive outcomes in the lives of many children, families, and communities. Currently, we operate in eight locations: Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Mekelle, Jimma, Harar, Sidama , Arba Minch , Gode with additional satellite projects in each Region and the National Office in Addis Ababa.

And hereby invites potential suppliers to submit a sealed tender in accordance with the purchase e Details, Instructions to Bidders, and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase as described hereunder:

ICT Hardware Equipment.

As per attached SPEC and amount

Eligibility Documents – Valid Business License (E.C. 2018), VAT &, Taxpayers’ Certificate

• Company profile listing the bidders’ address, branches, structure, resources…etc.
• Evidence of bidders’ financial capacity in the form of an Audit report.
• Evidence of past satisfactory performance on the provision of similar supplies.
• All bidders are required to submit a bid guarantee in the form of (CPO) issued in the name of “SOS Children’s Villages Head Office,” equivalent to 2% of the total bid price. The CPO must be valid for at least 90 days from the date of tender submission and should be submitted in a separate sealed envelope.
• The CPO of the successful bidder will be retained and may be cashed or deducted in proportion to 2% of the agreed contract amount if the selected supplier fails to fulfill their contractual obligations, including delivery of the items as agreed.

• Please Use the attached Specification and bid submission format to fill price and put the seal of your organization. Make sure your company provides items with specifications stated in the Bid document.

Tenders must be submitted use of the attached Specification and bid submission format to fill price in sealed envelope, bearing an official company seal, and marked by the “bidders’ name, address, and the tender reference number and title as stated above. Tenders must be submitted in the bid box prepared for the purpose at SOS Children’s Village Ethiopia National office offices in Addis Ababa, located at Bole Atlas in front of Mado Hotel till 16 September 2026, on or before 2:00 PM.

SOS Children Village in Ethiopia Procurement Committee will open tender responses on 18 September 2026 at 10:00 Am at its discretions, and notify winner supplier via phone or email
